Empower Coaching Network was founded by Ginet from lived experience, not just theory.

After years of staying too long in roles, waiting to feel “ready,” and holding back from opportunities because of self-doubt and not feeling qualified enough, Ginet began asking a bigger question - why do so many capable women do this?

That journey led to a powerful realisation: she wasn’t alone. So many women were navigating the same challenges: second-guessing themselves, shrinking in important spaces, delaying opportunities, and struggling to step fully into their potential.

From that, Empower Coaching Network was born. Created to help women overcome the internal barriers that hold them back, Empower Coaching Network exists to build confidence, strengthen leadership, and support women in both their personal and professional growth. This mission also led to the creation of our flagship program, Career Confidence Breakthrough - a transformational program designed to help women move from self-doubt to confidence, clarity, and leadership. To date, we have delivered this program to over 150 women, equipping them with practical tools and strategies they can apply in real time to overcome barriers, strengthen confidence, and take bold action.

Our work has been delivered across local authorities, some of London’s largest professional women’s communities, and internationally - including delivering our program in Malta at the National Council of Women of Malta in September 2025.

Through workshops, talks, and community events, we create safe and empowering spaces where women can unpack deep-rooted challenges such as self-doubt, fear of failure, and fear of judgement - and leave with the confidence to move differently.

For organisations, our impact goes beyond inspiration. We help develop confident, capable women who lead with clarity, contribute with confidence, and create stronger teams and workplaces.

Because when women rise, organisations rise too.
